The usual appointment time is 9am on Wednesdays, which usually takes 1 hour. Other
appointment days and/or times are flexible, if this is not possible for the diver(s)
or company(ies).

- Then click on form MA1 on the right of the screen
- Read appendix A and answer “NO” to all questions
- Otherwise, discuss with Dr. Michael Foulkes prior to pursuing a career in diving
(for new divers).
Dr. Foulkes is also available for HSE (Health and Safety Executive i.e., Professionals),
diving medicals and for consultation regarding diving medicine. He is undergoing
training to be able to perform BSAC sports diver medicals.
