The Patient Doctor Action Group is made up from a number of patients who are registered with the Practice and who have volunteered to be members of the Group. 

AIMS:

    *       Improve patient care

    *        Improve customer relations

    *        Act as a ‘communications’ tool.

    *        Facilitate change

    *        Problem solving

    *        Act as a pressure group to Newbury Primary Care Trust

    *        Link with other groups.

    *        Research good practice

    *        Raise awareness

    *        Promote good healthcare.

 
The Chairman can be contacted via the Practice.  The Group meets bi-monthly and an annual Newsletter is produced.
