The Patient Doctor Action Group is made up from a number of patients who are registered
with the Practice and who have volunteered to be members of the Group.
AIMS:
- Improve patient care
- Improve customer relations
- Act as a ‘communications’ tool
- Facilitate change
- Problem solving
- Act as a pressure group to Newbury Primary Care Trust
- Link with other groups
- Research good practice
- Raise awareness
- Promote good healthcare
