Meet Jo – First Contact Paramedic

Jo is a First Contact Paramedic (FCP) who joined primary care in 2023. She qualified in 2017 with a Foundation Degree in Paramedic Science and brings extensive experience in urgent and emergency care.

In her current role, Jo provides same-day and next-day assessments for patients with urgent health concerns. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team, she supports safe, timely access to care and helps manage acute presentations within the practice. Jo continues to work part-time as a frontline paramedic.
