Shona is responsible for the day to day operations of our administration department and all data analytics (QOF/Enhance services) targets. This role ensures maximum performance income by running audit searches and submitting quarterly and monthly reports to CCG and relevant bodies, overseeing recalls, some research and raising of relevant invoices.
